Description:
The Pauling Blog has been published on a near weekly basis since its founding in March 2008. The blog is comprised largely of posts presenting original research on the life and work of Linus Pauling, his family and his colleagues. Linus Pauling (1901-1994) was a 1922 graduate of Oregon Agricultural College and the Ava Helen and Linus Pauling Papers are held by the Special Collections and Archives Research Center at Oregon State University Libraries and Press. The vast majority of the posts published on the Pauling Blog have been researched and written by Oregon State University students, both undergraduate and graduate. The blog was founded by Chris Petersen, who also serves as its editor and publisher.
