In addition, the BFM handles setting of internal service rates, accounting, and budgeting for all four of the bureaus that comprise the Department of Executive Management.

Two of the three were public celebrations: a reception in the Capitol Rotunda on March 1 and a day-long Capitol Centennial Celebration at the Capitol complex on June 19.
