Description: The Master of Animal Science combines scientific theory and technology applications while considering ethical and moral issues encompassing care, management and the use of animals as a resource. You will graduate possessing the skills to improve animal production systems for increased yields and quality within Australian and International environments. The interdisciplinary nature of the course allows you to specialize in animal nutrition and metabolism, animal behavior and welfare, or integrated animal systems analysis. This diverse knowledge will have practical applications in areas from captive animal care to recreation, sport and biological research. Graduates are well equipped to support and enhance the integral roles that animals play in sustaining our lives.
