Description: Web site of OMB Watch, a nonprofit organization that promotes government transparency and accountability. OMB Watch was founded in 1983 to lift the veil of secrecy shrouding the White House Office of Management and Budget (OMB). The organization has expanded its focus to include the areas that OMB oversees: federal budget, taxation, government performance, access to information, nonprofit action and advocacy, policy, technology, and regulatory policy.
