Description: "The Jackson Heights Green Alliance (JHGA) is a 501(c)(3) community-based organization that advocates for increased open space in Jackson Heights, New York. Founded in 2007 by a group of residents concerned about the lack of park space in the neighborhood, the JHGA has since launched several initiatives, including the 78th Street Play Street, the Grow-A-Park campaign, and created the 78th Street Public Plaza."
