Title: Amazon Multimodal Axis of the IIRSA:The Pasto-Macoa Highway

Description: This report examines the Pasto-Macoa Highway Project, an infrastructure project of the Initiative for the Integration of the Regional Infrastructure of South America (IIRSA). The project proposes to construct a highway from Pasto to Macoa within Colombia as part of the eventual construction of a transcontinental highway, from Tumaco, Colombia to Belem, Brazil, thereby providing a road linking the Pacific to the Atlantic.
