Description: This article discusses the rush to complete the Interoceanic Highway South, in southeastern Peru, a highway that will connect Peru and Brazil. While laborers rush to complete the highway on time, a major problem remains that 100 kilometers of this road will be covered with water as the land overlaps with the Inambari hydroelectric dam project.
