Title: Chinese Evangel Mission Church

Description: In March 1944, the Chinese Evangelistic Center was founded as an outreach ministry to New York City's Chinese immigrant population. This local church, in the City’s Chinatown area holds Sunday Worship Services and Friday Fellowship Programs that are attended by members and non-members who live in all parts of the metropolitan area. The church’s address is 97 Madison Street (not Avenue), in the Lower East Side neighborhood of Manhattan.
