Description: The Serbian Orthodox Cathedral of St. Sava in New York City is located at 16 West 26th Street (between 5th and 6th Avenues) in the Manhattan neighborhood of Chelsea. The Cathedral, designed in the Gothic-Victorian style by noted English architect Jacob Wrey Mould (1825-1886) and completed in 1868 enjoys the reputation of being Mould’s only surviving structure in New York City.
