Title: St.Patrick's Old Cathedral

URL: https://oldcathedral.org/

Description: Saint Patrick's Old Cathedral is located in downtown Manhattan on the corner of Mott and Prince Streets in the part of New York City known as Little Italy. Interestingly, the baptism scene in “The Godfather” was filmed in the Old Cathedral. The church ceased to be the seat of the Archdiocese of New York and became a parish church on May 25, 1879 as the result of the completion of the present Cathedral of St. Patrick located at 50th Street and Fifth Avenue.
