Description: The University of California, Santa Cruz Ebola Genome Portal is part of the UCSC Genome Browser which contains the reference sequence and working draft assemblies for a large collection of genomes and UC-wide research. The Ebola Genome project consists of viral sequences from previous outbreaks as well as the 2014 outbreak, related tools, published and unpublished information on the understanding of Ebola molecular biology, etiology, and epidemiology.
