Our goal is to recognize and act on opportunities in Salt Lake County to create and improve programs and services for vulnerable populations. By thinking outside the box and connecting change makers across the private, public, and non-profit sectors, we are able to strengthen and enhance programs and services that build a healthier community. The Salt Lake County Office of Community Innovation stemmed from the work of Ze Min Xiao, who has been the Refugee Liaison for Salt Lake County since 2008.
