Description: The Office of Ombudsman addresses concerns and complaints by citizens through direct resolution of referral to an appropriate agency for handling. Previously part of the Office of Executive Policy and Programs, the division was transferred to the Dept. of Administration by the South Carolina Restructuring Act of 2014 (Act 121). These records may contain minutes, photographs and video of significant events, statistics, agency policies, and other significant and related records. This was an initial crawl of the Office of the Ombudsman website and this seed is no longer captured using the Archive-It service.
