As Vine was shut down, it cut the successes of many rising and at the time, current, stars short. This loss could leave the creators without a crrative outlet. With no other means or media for the sharing of creative ideas and creations, viners like Christina Gilles had provided their fanbase with eulogy-like messages concerning how to reach their next steps in the production of creative content.

Description: Though Vine was a popular app, loved by most youth, In October of 2016 in was annonced the vine was coming to an end. The ending of this beloved app was the lack of revenue Vine was bringing in for its owner "Twitter". Another reason for the ending of Vine was many of it's popular creators were abandoning the app for other social media platforms like Youtube and Instagram. Creators were joining these platforms because they didn't have the constraints that vine had in regards to time limits and no monitization. While creators were leaving for other apps viewers were in a panic due to the possible deletion of all their favorite content. This created a trend of RIP Vine complilations on Youtube of all peoples favorite vines.

This gives the viewers the ability to still feel as if Vine is still alive.
