The University of Florida’s Special and Area Studies Collections Department (SASC) collects and preserves materials covering a broad range of subject areas in support of teaching, learning, and research. This web archive supports and complements existing collections including those of the University Archives as well as other SASC collecting areas. Web archiving is an important component of SASC's collecting strategy to document the web presence of the institutions, organizations, people, events, and topics represented in the Libraries’ collections. Project (funded by CAME) to document snapshots of digital content documenting the impact that the COVID 19 Pandemic had on farmworkers in Florida. Including capturing the voices, experiences, and opinions of people who are frequently marginalized and underrepresented such as that of the Mexican, Central American, and Haitian farmworkers who live and work in Florida.
