The National Library and Information System Authority (NALIS) is responsible for the development and coordination of library services throughout Trinidad and Tobago. This includes all public libraries, school libraries as well as special libraries in government institutions, and the Heritage Library. NALIS’ Heritage Library provides the services identified by IFLA which are associated with preservation of the complete collection of material emanating from and relating to Trinidad and Tobago.
