URL: http://snohomishoverdoseprevention.com/

Collection: Opioid Epidemic web archive

Description: Website for the Snohomish Overdose Prevention action plan operated by the Snohomish Health District in Snohomish County, Washington. The plan was implemented after a joint resolution was passed on November 8, 2017 that activated the Emergency Coordination Center to support the end of the opioid epidemic. The approach was modeled after the county's response plan for natural disasters and provides additional staff resources to facilitate better coordination and communication across multiple jurisdictions, government agencies and service providers.
