The tool evaluates the impact of different social distancing interventions (by varying their intensity and timing) on reduction in the spread of the coronavirus in 50 states and District of Columbia. The information presented can help policymakers understand consequences such as the rate of new cases, potential strain on the healthcare system, and projected deaths. The simulator is a project with Harvard Medical School, Georgia Tech, and Boston Medical Center.
