Description:

The Region of Waterloo Archives is the official home of records created by the: County of Waterloo (1829-1972); Region of Waterloo (1973-present); Township of Woolwich (1851-present); Town of Elmira (1886-1972).

The Archives exists to acquire and preserve records of archival value, provide access to the records, and support the development of the archival community in the Region.

Description:

The Region of Waterloo is a vital and prosperous area in southern Ontario, about 100 kilometres west of Toronto. The region is made up of three urban municipalities, Cambridge, Kitchener and Waterloo, and four rural townships, North Dumfries, Wellesley, Wilmot and Woolwich. This is a collection of videos posted to the Region of Waterloo YouTube channel.
