Description: The International Communist League (Fourth Internationalist), founded 1998, is an international Trotskyist organization, "a proletarian, revolutionary and internationalist tendency committed to the task of building Leninist parties as national sections of a democratic- centralist international.” The origins of the ICL are in the Spartacist League/U.S., which began as the Revolutionary Tendency in the Socialist Workers Party and was bureaucratically expelled in 1963. The ICL publishes the periodicals, Workers Vanguard and The Spartacist. The website also contains periodicals, a directory, and other literature.
