Virginia's 2022-2023 State Political Landscape Web Archive

Archived since: Dec, 2021

Description:

This collection preserves the websites that document Virginia's 2022-2023 General Assembly. Included are websites and Twitter feeds for each member of the House of Delegates and State Senate, the House and Senate caucus sites, the state Democratic and Republican party sites and candidate websites. All 140 General Assembly seats were up for election, held on November 8, 2023. As a result of redistricting, house and senate districts were renumbered; both new and old district numbers are included in the seed description. Due to changes to the visibility of content on Twitter, Archive-It was no longer able to archive Twitter feeds. The Library of Virginia stopped crawling Twitter feeds in this collection in June 2023.
