MOVICE director, Ivan Cepeda Castro, has had to live in exhile twice due to death threats associated with his work denouncing state terrorism in Colombia. Criminal charges for libel and diffamation have also been made against him for his work exposing the links between governemnt officials and paramilitary forces.
