Description: The Baptist House of Prayer was organized on June 1st 1909, by the late Milton Sparks. In its beginning the church met in Deacon Robert Mason’s home on 133rd Street. Today the church is located at 82 West 126th Street between Lenox and Fifth Avenues, Harlem, Manhattan, New York City.
