Description: The Stalking Prevention, Awareness, and Resource Center (SPARC), is a federally funded project providing education and resources about the crime of stalking. SPARC provides training and technical assistance to U.S. Department of Justice Office on Violence Against Women (OVW) grantees and potential grantees. SPARC does not work with victims themselves, but works to train professional individuals who do. Further information and resources on stalking can be found on the website.
