Collection: LA ENERGAIA: Energy Policy, Regulation and Dialog in Latin America
Description: This article discusses the rush to complete the Interoceanic Highway South, in southeastern Peru, a highway that will connect Peru and Brazil. Much of the section of road that will be flooded has already been completed. Article in Spanish.
